Pro V7 Firmware Update | Yaber

There are two methods to update your Yaber Pro V7. Method 1 (OTA) is recommended for most users. Method 2 (USB) is for those with bricked devices or poor internet.

This works if your projector is connected to a stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

Note: If your projector says "No update available" but you know a newer version exists, your OTA cache might be broken. Proceed to Method 2. Yaber Pro V7 Firmware Update

Cause: The downloaded file is corrupted or from an unofficial source. Fix:

A: No. However, because the Pro V7 uses a standard Android TV license, Netflix requires a separate certification. You should use an external streaming stick (Fire TV/Chromecast) for Netflix, as native apps often cap at 480p. There are two methods to update your Yaber Pro V7

A: No. The Yaber Pro V7 hardware does not support 3D. This is a firmware limitation, not a bug.

A: OTA takes about 8-12 minutes (download not included). USB takes 10-15 minutes. Note: If your projector says "No update available"

A: Generally, no. Downgrading requires special engineering tools. Only install an update if you intend to keep it.

Once the Yaber Pro V7 firmware update completes, your projector will restart. Do not assume you are done.
