The Q15 does not have internal memory. If you insert a card that was used in a phone or DSLR, the camera may fail to record. Using your computer, format the card to FAT32 or exFAT (check your manual—older Q15 units require FAT32, newer ones accept exFAT).
Crucial Note: These cameras generally only support 2.4GHz WiFi networks. They will not connect to 5GHz networks. Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz signal.
