Univers Font Vk ⚡

For those who want the actual Univers font rendered on their screen only while browsing VK, you can use custom CSS injection.

Tools needed: Stylus (Chrome/Firefox extension).

Code snippet to inject:

Note: You must legally own the Univers font file and host it yourself. This only changes the font for you, not your followers.

Univers 57 (Condensed Oblique) is fantastic for thin vertical banners or the right-side VK column (though VK's new interface has fewer customization options). Use condensed versions for text that needs to fit narrow spaces. univers font vk

Designed by Adrian Frutiger in 1954 and released by Deberny & Peignot in 1957, Univers is a hallmark of the International Typographic Style (Swiss Style). Unlike many sans-serifs of its time, Univers was revolutionary because of its massive family of weights.

Frutiger introduced a numbering system (Univers 39, 45, 55, etc.) rather than just naming them "Bold" or "Italic." This was a stroke of genius that allowed designers to organize typefaces by weight and width mathematically.
