For 64-bit Windows 10/11:

  • Install – ignore driver signature warnings.
  • Reboot. You’ll get HP ScanPro software with full ADF, color, resolution, button customization.

    Important: macOS 11 (Big Sur) and newer have no compatible drivers for the ScanJet 5590. The “hot” setup for Mac only works up to macOS 10.15 Catalina. Download from HP’s archive (not from current HP Smart)
