Before resetting anything:

If you swap the mainboard or buy a used M2110 that was previously in service mode, the adjustment program can recalibrate the printer and set correct production parameters. Before resetting anything:

Advanced users often replace the waste ink pad themselves (or install an external waste ink tank). However, simply changing the physical pad does NOT reset the printer’s memory. The printer still thinks the pad is full. The adjustment program resets the "Protection Counter" to zero. If it shows under 100% and you have no error: DO NOT RESET
