Step 1: Download and Extract

Since the Z58B often uses Seagull drivers, go to driver.seagull.com. Search for "Z58B." Seagull provides certified drivers that work with NiceLabel, BarTender, and all Windows versions.
Solution: You have the wrong paper side up. Thermal paper has a coated side. The shiny side must face the thermal print head. Also, check the driver settings: In Printer Preferences > Advanced > Print Density. Set this to "Medium" or "Dark" (Level 12-15).
