Before we install the X-ray pack, let's clarify the platform. Eaglercraft is a recreation of Minecraft 1.8.8 (and sometimes 1.12.2) that runs entirely on JavaScript and HTML5. You don't need a Mojang account, a launcher, or powerful hardware. You simply join a server URL or load a single-player world via your browser.
However, because Eaglercraft 1.8 is based on an older version of Minecraft (the "golden age" of PvP and modding), texture packs work differently than in modern versions. Specifically, Eaglercraft uses legacy texture packs (ZIP files), not the modern "Resource Pack" system of Java 1.15+.
