Go to Audio Mixer. Right-click the audio fader for each Zoom input. Select "Send to Master" (if you want the audience to hear them) or "Send to Bus A/B" (for headset monitoring). Ensure that the "Return Audio" from vMix to Zoom is set to YOUR microphone input, not the program mix.
