You cannot just double-click an arcade .exe file. Taiko Nijiiro runs on specialized Namco BNA1 hardware (Windows-based, but locked down). TeknoParrot acts as the translator—it spoofs the arcade card reader, handles the JVS I/O for inputs, and decrypts the assets. Running Nijiiro isn't always plug-and-play
