The most immediate change is visual. The UI has been overhauled. Previously, the text box was a simple dark rectangle. Now, it looks like cracked safety glass. As your character’s sanity (or "Clarity") drops below 30%, the cracks spread to the edges of the screen. In v0.11.5R, the cracks now respond to audio cues. When Lyra whispers from behind you, the cracks vibrate.
