This is the core functionality.

Portability: Can run from USB drive.

Driver conflicts: None – uses standard Windows API (CreateFile, ReadFile, WriteFile, SetCommState).

Located at the bottom of the window.

Transmission: Click "Send" or press Enter.

Periodic Send: Check the box next to "Periodic Send" (often labeled "Auto Send") and set a time interval in milliseconds. SSCOM will repeatedly send your message automatically.

The interface is dense but logical.
