The Samsung Galaxy A04 is a budget warrior. It gets the job done, but the heavy One UI Core, combined with bloatware, often leaves the device feeling sluggish. For power users stuck with this device, the arrival of "new" custom ROMs based on Android 13 and 14 is a beacon of hope.
