He has held important roles throughout his military career, fostering sports excellence. He holds a Basketball Certificate from NSNIS and a 6-month Diploma in Computer from MCC. Graduate of Delhi University, he has spent over ten years fostering and developing the potential of young cricket players. He descended into coaching for three years, honing his skills and laying a strong basis for player development. After that, he carried on teaching cricketers for a further two years, concentrating on improving their game.
