After uninstallation, reboot your PC. Windows will now use the generic Microsoft driver.
In Device Manager, right-click your PC name at the top → "Add legacy hardware" → "Install from a list (Advanced)" → "Sound, video..." → "Have Disk".
Browse to the extracted folder → WIN64 (or WIN32) → Select HDAudio.inf.
Choose "Realtek High Definition Audio (6.0.9191)" from the list. Click Next.
Ignore the driver signature warning (if on Test Mode). Install.
If driver 6.0.9191 breaks your audio entirely, roll back immediately:
Cause: An application (usually Discord or Skype) has exclusive control.
