While not labeled "6.0," Google Fonts hosts an updated Noto Sans Myanmar that uses the same base. But for the exact Pyidaungsu AIO 60, stick with the official government release.

The "All in One" aspect means this single package includes multiple variations of the Pyidaungsu typeface:

This variety is essential for professional graphic design, web development, and desktop publishing.

If you have downloaded the best Pyidaungsu font but still see squares or unreadable text, the content you are viewing is likely written in Zawgyi (the old, non-standard encoding).

An "All-in-One" download is beneficial here because it often includes converters or both font types to bridge the gap. However, for the future of the Myanmar internet, it is highly recommended to stick with Pyidaungsu (Unicode) and encourage contacts to convert their old text.

As of 2025-2026, version 6.0 remains the most stable and widely adopted "All in One" release. Version 6.1 and 6.2 exist as minor updates, but they are not as comprehensively packaged as the "60" release. Unless you need experimental OpenType features, stick with Pyidaungsu 6.0 for production work.

Do not download from random font aggregator sites. Follow these official and trusted sources:

Solution: Go to File > Options > Advanced > Show document content. Check "Use OpenType features" and set Burmese to "Pyidaungsu".
