This is critical. Installing the wrong firmware will brick your camera (black screen, no recovery). Do not skip this.
Step 1: Turn off your Pritom M10 and remove the battery. Step 2: Look inside the battery compartment for a small sticker or PCB engraving. Step 3: Match your code:

Warning: Do NOT use “T9” or “M9” firmware marked for a different PCB. Even if the case looks identical, the drivers for the screen and buttons differ.
