| Problem | Fix | |---------|-----| | Macro does nothing | Start playback after selecting a face/edge/point. Macros need a reference. | | Playback jumps wildly | You orbited or panned during recording. Re‑record with a fixed camera (Parallel Projection + Top view is safest). | | "TT_Lib not found" | Download and install TT_Lib² manually from SketchUcation. | | Macro works once, fails on repeat | The second location lacks the same geometry type (e.g., you recorded selecting an edge but now select a face). |

Verdict: For simple linear arrays, use the native tool. For complex workflows involving selection changes or multiple tools, Play It Again wins. | Problem | Fix | |---------|-----| | Macro

While this plugin is a Swiss Army knife, it is not perfect. Be aware of these quirks:
If you import a CAD file with 100 extruded faces that all have their textures facing the wrong way (reversed faces), you can record the act of selecting the face, right-clicking, orienting the texture, and reversing the face. Then apply this macro to the entire model.
SketchUp does not have a native parametric array like Revit. However, with Play It Again, you can create a "pseudo-array." Record copying a stair tread 6 inches up and 10 inches forward. Then, select the new tread and hit Play 20 times. Instantly, you have a staircase.
