Phoenix OS TL Mod v4.0 is a community-modified build of Phoenix OS (Android-x86 based) tailored for improved performance, added drivers, and UI tweaks for PC/VM use.

After first boot, complete Android setup. Important: Go to Settings → Developer Options → Enable “Root access” for apps and ADB.

We recommend dual-booting rather than installing over Windows. This method uses the official installer from the ISO.
