According to COA Report No. 2022-09-145 (released February 2023), the original Bliss site in Tunasan covers approximately 5.7 hectares of prime real estate along the Laguna de Bay shoreline. The land was originally owned by the National Housing Authority (NHA) but was transferred to the Muntinlupa City government in 1991 under a usufruct agreement.
