Mtk Bypass Tool Handshaking Error Fix

MTK Bypass Tool requires specific Python dependencies. The latest libusb 1.0.26 breaks handshaking on older chips (MT67xx, MT65xx).

Fix:

Test: Use the original OEM cable that came with the phone. Keep the cable length under 3 feet (1 meter).
