In this new, integrated paradigm, the motivation is positive: I love my body, so I want to fuel it and move it.

Body positivity says: Your worth is not tied to your productivity. Wellness says: Sleep regulates cortisol, repairs muscle, and balances ghrelin (the hunger hormone).
