A community project titled "MCLA Recompiled" is currently in development to create a native fan-made PC port.
Status: As of mid-2025, the project is in the "troubleshooting" and code recompilation stage. Developer: Primarily led by an enthusiast known as AMZxs.

Be extremely cautious of websites offering a "Midnight Club: Los Angeles PC Download" that claim to be official or "cracked" PC versions. Since Rockstar never built a PC version of the game, these files are often: Malware disguised as an installer.
Pre-packaged emulators (like Xenia) bundled with a ROM, which may be unstable or contain viruses.
For official play, the game is currently available digitally via backwards compatibility on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.
Xenia can also run MCLA, but the performance and graphical glitches (missing textures, lighting errors) are generally worse than RPCS3. Not recommended for a full playthrough.
Important: Neither emulator is a "free download work" in the pirate sense. You need to own the game legally to rip it. Searching for "pre-configured emulator with ROMs" is piracy and, again, a major malware risk.
