Kitserver Pes 2009 May 2026

Even experienced modders hit walls. Here is your diagnostic checklist:

Problem: Game crashes immediately on launch after installing Kitserver. Fix: You are missing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (2005 & 2008). Install them. Also, ensure Kitserver is not conflicting with a cracked EXE that has a different memory layout. Use a clean 1.4 EXE.

Problem: Kits are flickering or appear as a chaotic rainbow of colors. Fix: Your PNG file is in the wrong color mode. Kitserver for PES 2009 requires 8-bit indexed color or standard 24-bit RGB. Do not use CMYK or 32-bit with alpha channels unless specifically designed.

Problem: Faces have black boxes around the head. Fix: This is a transparency issue. You need to re-save the face_high_tex.png with the alpha channel properly flattened, or use the face_alpha.bin that came with the original download.

Problem: The game ignores Kitserver and shows default blue/red kits. Fix: Run setup.exe again. Click "Reinstall" . Often, a Windows update or antivirus removes the DLL hooks. Add the PES2009.exe and kitserver folder to your antivirus exclusions list.

Problem: Stadium Server causes lag. Fix: Lower the texture quality in stadium.ini. High-res custom stadiums (150MB+) overwhelm the 512MB VRAM limit of the era. Reduce mipmaps or use the "lite" version of stadiums. Kitserver Pes 2009

This guide assumes you have a clean, cracked OR legitimate DVD/No-DVD copy of PES 2009 (Version 1.4 is highly recommended).
