The Shift+F12 menu (often called the "Editor" or "Debug Menu") is a remnant of Kenshi’s development by Lo-Fi Games. It’s the same tool the developers used to build the world of the Moon. Important Note: You are not entering a separate "editor mode." You are editing your live game. Your characters will stand frozen, and any changes you make are saved directly to your save file (or the game’s base files, depending on what you do).

Sometimes your main character gets trapped inside a rock, a building wall, or the terrain. Reloading doesn't work.

Solution:

Alternative faster method: Select your squad, click "Move" mode, and physically drag them out of the rock. Sometimes this works; sometimes it crashes.
