You have the ROMs, but the emulator says the list is empty.
Kawaks v527 does not use MAME ROM sets. It uses FBA (Final Burn Alpha) 0.2.97.30 or Winkawaks (PC version) ROMs.
The Fix:
Quick test: Download mslug.zip (Metal Slug). If it loads, your other ROMs are mismatched. If it doesn’t, your BIOS is wrong.
