Because this is a legacy piece of software, you cannot simply run the installer on macOS Ventura or Sonoma (Apple Silicon). The "v202 OS X Full" build is strictly for:

The "Full" version requires either a physical iLok 2/3 or iLok Cloud. In v202, the legacy license manager must be run. Warning: iZotope discontinued support for Nectar 2 licenses in 2021.
