The film revolves around Shanaya (Bipasha Basu), a once-famous film actress whose career is fading. She is replaced by a younger, rising star, Sanjana (Esha Gupta). Shanaya’s boyfriend, Aditya (Emraan Hashmi), is a filmmaker who still supports her but is professionally drawn to Sanjana’s fresh talent.
Desperate and jealous, Shanaya turns to black magic. She seeks the help of a tantrik who provides her with a supernatural “Kaali shakti” (dark power) to destroy Sanjana’s career and life. As Shanaya uses black magic to cause accidents, nightmares, and psychological breakdowns for Sanjana, the haunting escalates. Aditya, caught between the two women, begins investigating the paranormal events and uncovers Shanaya’s sinister actions.
The film climaxes with a battle between good and evil forces, where Aditya tries to save Sanjana and redeem Shanaya.
