If you use Vivo Cloud services or have Find My Phone enabled, you may need your Vivo account password after reset.
Solution: This is a security feature. Enter the email and password of the Google account that was last synced on the phone. If you cannot remember it, you must use Google’s account recovery options. Do not buy paid "unlock services" — most are scams.
You’ll see “This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a Google account that was previously synced on this device.” Enter the email and password of the last Google account used on the phone before the reset. If you don’t know it, you’ll be locked out (contact Vivo support or your retailer for help—there are no legal bypasses).
Have at least 50% battery charge. If the phone dies during reset, it could corrupt system files.
