Open your browser and go to the official Veritas VEMS portal: https://vems.veritas.com How To Download Veritas-customer-registration-key.json
Click on “Sign In” (top-right corner) and enter your Veritas account credentials (email and password).
Note: If you do not have an account, click “Register” and complete the form. You will need your Customer ID or Contract Number to link your entitlements. Follow these steps carefully
Cause: The entitlement might be expired or have zero remaining quantities.
