Play the genuine PC version of GTA V via cloud if you own it on Steam or Rockstar Launcher.
You download a 1.2 GB ISO. You load it in PPSSPP. It boots up, but it is GTA: Vice City Stories or GTA: Liberty City Stories. The title screen has been hacked to say “Grand Theft Auto V.” The game plays exactly the same as the 2005 PSP game. Result: Disappointment.
If you want the look of GTA V on the PSP games, the community has created “GTA V Graphics Mods” for GTA: Vice City Stories.
