You need ScriptHook v0.5.1 for GTA IV 1.0.7.0.

Go to:
dev-c.com → GTA IV → ScriptHook 0.5.1

Direct filename:
ScriptHook_0.5.1.rar or ScriptHook_0.5.1.zip gta iv script hook 1.0.7.0

Do not download “1.0.7.0 ScriptHook” from random mod sites — they often repackage wrong versions.

Before installing, verify your game is actually version 1.0.7.0.

If you have a fresh copy of GTA IV from Steam or Rockstar Launcher, you likely have version 1.0.8.0 or higher. To get to 1.0.7.0, you must downgrade. | GTA IV patch | Script Hook version
