Objective: Erase your own happiest memory from the timeline.

The game does not tell you this. You must intuit it.

  • The Vault Interior: Inside, you see floating orbs. Each orb is a memory. Most are grey. One is bright gold. That is the memory of the day Leo proposed to Etta. Do not touch the gold orb. Touch the small, dim orb next to it. The memory of the first time you solved a simple puzzle in the tutorial. Erase that.

  • The Consequence: A siren goes off. The Chrono-Wraiths become invisible and omnipresent. You have 90 seconds to reach the Grand Clockwork. goodbye eternity walkthrough aka extra life

  • The Grand Clockwork Puzzle (No Mistakes Allowed): Normally, you align three gears. Now, you have to align five gears while a timer counts down.

    • Do it. Smash the glass.

    To achieve the True Ending (often called the "Eternity" ending), you must have maxed out your relationship with the main heroine and uncovered the secret of the timeline in the Mystery Route.

    The Final Choice: On the final day, the protagonist realizes the cost of the "Extra Life." You will be presented with the ultimate dilemma: You are now on Loop 5

    Walkthrough for True Ending:

    This unlocks the epilogue where the "Eternity" in the title is explained—a promise kept across timelines.

    Around the midpoint, the narrative splits based on your highest affinity. This is where the "Extra Life" mechanic shines—you can use items or knowledge gained in previous "loops" to bypass obstacles.

    This area is only accessible if you have collected at least 3 of the 5 Broken Hourglass pieces so far. (If not, the door is locked.) The Vault Interior: Inside, you see floating orbs

    Here, you’ll face the False Prophet, a twisted version of Ezra.

    Boss "fight" (logic puzzle):

    Now, let him kill you (this death is mandatory). Respawn at the Clocktower.

    Final location: The Clocktower Peak (New area unlocked after 4 pieces).

    Climb the tower using the newly repaired gear system. At the very top, you’ll find a frozen version of the first room. In the center, on a pedestal: Broken Hourglass Piece #5.

    Once you have all 5 pieces, a new option appears in your inventory: Forge the Eternal Hourglass.
