GarminCure3.exe is a third-party (not officially endorsed by Garmin) recovery tool designed to force Garmin devices into Mass Storage Mode (MSM). When a Garmin GPS becomes bricked—usually due to a failed firmware update, corrupted file system, or bad Regional Configuration Block (RCB)—the device no longer appears as a drive on your computer.
