If you come across Funmaza.com or any mirror site, you can help by reporting it:
Do not share links to Funmaza.com on social media or messaging apps—that also counts as promoting piracy.
These reasons, while understandable, ignore the bigger picture: Piracy hurts the film industry. Every illegal download reduces box office collections, which means fewer mid-budget films, smaller paychecks for technicians, and higher ticket prices.
The Indian Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) consistently blocks domains like Funmaza.com under Section 69A of the IT Act. However, the owners constantly switch to new domains (e.g., Funmaza.lol, Funmaza.pics). The Delhi High Court has also issued dynamic injunctions requiring ISPs to block these sites without a fresh court order each time.
In 2023-2024, over 50 piracy websites, including Funmaza clones, were ordered to be blocked. Despite this, they resurface under new names like Filmyzilla, Movierulz, Tamilrockers, and 9xmovies.
