The Lenovo RSA tool downloads firmware directly from Motorola’s CDN. You won’t get a standalone zip file easily, but the tool flashes it automatically.

As of late 2024 and early 2025, Motorola is rolling out Android 14 to the Moto G54.

Critical Tip: If you have an Indian Moto G54 5G, flash only retin firmware. Flashing a retus build may cause 5G band mismatches.
