Fix: This is a DirectX DLL conflict. Delete the d3d9.dll file from the FIFA 14 Game folder and replace it with the dxgi.dll version (rename it to d3d9.dll if necessary). Or, run the game in Windows 8 Compatibility mode.

Do not download from shady ad-fly links. The official UPD release is usually hosted on ModDB or FIFA Infinity forums. Search for "FIFA 14 SweetFX Graphics Mod UPD v2.5" (or latest version).
