ElsaWin creates a temporary cache of active orders. If this cache is corrupt, the initialization fails.

From the ElsaWin installation folder (e.g., C:\ElsaWin\Server\), run:

order_server.exe --initialize

or

elsaorderserver.exe -reinit

Then restart the service or reboot.
