The CT-WN4320Z often works out of the box with the rt2800usb kernel module. If not: Driver Wlan Usb 2.0 Ct-wn4320z
sudo apt update
sudo apt install firmware-ralink
sudo modprobe rt2800usb
For Arch Linux based systems:
sudo pacman -S linux-firmware
A: The adapter may be in "Soft AP" mode or has a hardware switch disabled. Open Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings. Right-click the Wireless adapter > Properties > Configure > Advanced tab. Look for "Wireless Mode" and set it to "802.11 b/g/n Auto." Cause: Conflicting drivers or power management issues
