Bq Firmware Flash Tool Windows 10 May 2026

  • On PC, open CMD as admin in folder with fastboot.exe and Ubuntu firmware .zip.
  • Unzip firmware → inside you’ll find boot.img, system.img, etc.
  • Flash each partition: 
    fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash userdata userdata.img
fastboot reboot
  • After reboot, first boot takes ~10 minutes.

    • After successfully using the BQ firmware flash tool, perform these final checks:
