Chapter 81 of Two Blue Vortex is a turning point. It finally gives Boruto his signature dojutsu in the manga, establishes terrifying new villains with clear motives, and raises the emotional stakes by placing a broken Konoha directly in the line of fire. The art by Mikio Ikemoto is at its best during the Jōgan reveal—ethereal and otherworldly. If there’s a criticism, it’s that the side cast (Mitsuki, Shikamaru, Himawari) is completely absent, but given the pacing, their absence will likely be addressed next chapter.
